$20 Theory

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by

holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked,

"Who would like this $20 bill?"

Hands started going up.

He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this.

He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill.

He then asked, "Who still wants it?"

Still the hands were up in the air.

Well, he replied, "What if I do this?"

And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.

He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty.

"Now, who still wants it?"

Still the hands went into the air.

My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson.

No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it

because it did not decrease in value.

It was still worth $20.

Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way.

We feel as though we are worthless.

But no matter what has happened or

what will happen, you will never lose your value.

Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased,

you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you.

The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know,

but by WHO WE ARE and WHOSE WE ARE.

You are special - Don't EVER forget it."

If you do not pass this on, you may never know

the lives it touches, the hurting hearts it speaks to,

or the hope that it can bring.

Count your blessings, not your problems.

"And remember: amateurs built the ark ..

professionals built the Titanic.

If God brings you to it - He will bring you through it.

The Story of Pencil

A boy was watching his grandmother write a letter. At one point , he asked : "Are you writing a story about what we 've done? Is the story about me?"

His grandmother stopped writing her letter and said to her grandson:"I am writing about you, actually, but more important than the words is the pencil I m using. I hope you will be like this pencil when you grow up."

Intrigued, the boy looked at the pencil, "It didn't seem very special. But it's just like any other pencil I've ever seen!"

That depends on how you look at things. It has five qualities which , if you manage to hang on to them, will make you a person who is always at peace with the world.

"First Quality : you are capable of great things, but you must never forget that there is a hand guiding your step. We call that hand God, and He always guides us according to his will."

"Second Quality : now and then, I have to stop writing and use sharpener. That makes the pencil suffer a little, but afterwards, he is much sharper . So you, must learn to bear certain pains and sorrows, because they will make you a better person . "

"Third Quality : the pencil always allow us to use an eraser to rub out any mistakes. This means that correcting something we did not necessarily a bad things, it helps to keep us on road to justice. "

"Fourth Quality: what really matters in a pencil is not its wooden exterior, but the graphite inside. So always pay attention to what is happening inside you."

"Finally, the pencil's fifth quality: it always leaves a mark. In just the same way, you should know that every thing you do in life leave a mark, so try to be conscious of that in your every action."

F.R.I.E.N.D.S

No Good or Bad Feeling

There is no good or bad feeling because all of your feeling is telling us something about what is happening, delivering a message to us.
  • If you are aware and present enough, you will be able to see this
  • If you ignore what you are feeling, usually that feeling will re-surface again and again

Be aware and accept what you feel.

Be aware of the message and choose what you have to do about it.

Do choose to feel good whenever you can.

Your good feeling will uplift you and o ther people as well. Bring all the good thing in life to you because you are sending out good energy and intention

End of Life

At the end of life, our questions are very simple:
Did I live fully? Did I love well? by Jack Cornfield

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
More questions to ask...
1. Did I live happily? Did I enjoy everything? Did I feel appreciate and thankful people who around me? Did I feel abundance in love and gratitude and everything? Did I feel caring?
2. Did I feel suffering? Did I treat myself badly all the time? Did I blame people for making me worst? Did I feel frustrated and angry all the time? Did I miss the most valuable thing? Did I feel regret for everything I did, say and act?
This is the question that you will ask yourself when you are in the end of life. It is a reflection of what you had done in your life.
I am sure that I will ask myself for the first one (No.1). Happy, Joy, Appreciate, Love, Caring, Gratitude and Treasure....
